Jiwa is available to purchase outright with an annual license fee or you can purchase a Cloud Hosted Subscription. If you purchase Jiwa outright you also need to provide suitable infrastructure to host the software either in your office or on the cloud. With the Cloud Hosted Subscription all you need to take care of is the monthly subscription fee. We look after the rest for you.
If you wish to purchase Jiwa outright without any hosting, then the price for the software is $2,640exGST in the first year per user and $440exGST per user per year for subsequent years. Discounts are available for thirteen or more users. Additional modules are available at the same price. If you purchase an additional module (e.g. Landed Cost, Job Costing, Manufacturing, Service Manager), it is available to all licensed users within that one database (company).
Opal Logic aims to make the implementation of Jiwa into your organisation as easy as possible. We want you to see the benefits of this business system sooner rather than later. We understand though that whilst some companies really do need their system to accurately reflect their business workflows, not everyone wants a fully bespoke, customised system. That is why we give you the choice of a "Zero Touch Implementation" or a Bespoke Implementation which implements all of the business workflows that make your business unique. A comprehensive Austlink Service Level Agreement is also available.
Each facility consists of two databases, a production and a test database. The production database is regularly copied to the test database and can be used for testing new workflows in Jiwa.
