We got introduced to Nina and her team back in 2014, and what a relief that has been, from the initial demo on Jiwa, through the transition period and implementation of Jiwa in to our business, everything was seamless and tested thoroughly, before going “live”.
Nina’s expertise, ability and patience to communicate in normal “layman’s” terms made the whole process not so daunting. Her commitment to understand how our business operates and any adjustments made to the software to achieve what we required was never a problem, they have found a way to meet all our ERP requirements.
